My parents limited my exposure to certain sports and other development opportunities. My speech impediment in early childhood made me feel weak. However, as I grew, I realized that they had no control over me if I broke free from their limiting beliefs living in my head. Those thoughts were an unwanted guest. So, I began to DREAM bigger. To become more curious and always be willing to take leaps, knowing I could fail. But at least I was learning and growing through every change. I turned the doubt into rocket fuel for my own curiosity. As my career in the construction industry progressed, I began to become impatient with how slow things were changing and advancing. I needed to know why some struggled with change, and why others excelled. Forced compliance was not the answer, and who was I to judgesomeone’s reasoning? I believed I could support others more effectively if I had a better understanding of the complexities of human behavior around change. Perhaps I could help them remove unwanted, limiting beliefs that are living in their minds. Today, I help Future Construction Industry Leaders build stronger relationships with change. By learning to enhance this relationship, teams begin to understand how the change is happening with them, not to them.Website: www.connectiveconsultinggrp.comSocial Media Linkshttps://www.linkedin.com/in/ryankware/ https://www.linkedin.com/company/connective-consulting-group-llcFreebie Giveaway Linkhttps://connective-coaching.com/ebook/
