Most of us do the best we can in the moment, but there are times when our less-than-ideal self rears its ugly head; times when our emotions betray us & we stick our tongues out at the world, screaming gleefully, “Nanny, Nanny boo boo.” Rage, greed, jealousy, addiction, procrastination, & any other self-destructive behaviors make up our dark side.
