I met Dr. Lisbeth Roy in Boca Raton, Florida on a story I was doing about a new procedure that helps women have better orgasms. (It's called the "O Shot".) I personally came into the interview with my own catholic girl sexual hangups; the nuns taught me sex was for creation and certainly not to be enjoyed, especially by a woman. I didn't know what an orgasm was until my friends told me at 16 years old! During this interview, Dr. Roy gives us a completely different perspective on sex, pleasure and intimacy. In this podcast, she gives women permission to find joy in sex and orgasm. She also gives men a tremendous amount of insight into the female sex drive... and how to keep the engine running!
