Emily Chanel making a splash in Fit Model EP390

In this episode I brought on Emily Chanel. Emily is one of the first ever NPC Fit Model competitors. I wanted to bring on Emily to share her experience transitioning from bikini into fit model. She talks about applying judging feedback and being open to play around with different looks. Emily also talks about how she navigates pressure from social media and how she demonstrates sportsmanship Today's guest IG: emilychanell My website & for more information on my coaching services www.nicoleferrierfitness.com My go to supplements Shop Legion supplementscode NFF Your host Nicole Ferrier @nicoleferrierfitness on Instagram and tiktok
