Emily Mowrer - Bilingual Program Manager

Send us Fan MailEmily Mowrer is currently a bilingual program manager with a nonprofit in Colorado that assists folks with intellectual disabilities. She has a background in adult English as a second language education and started teaching in small community centers in North Carolina.  After moving to Colorado, she encountered the disability world after her son was born with medical challenges.
