Empathetic Healing

The more I learn, understand and relate to what it means to be ONE with all that exists, the more I understand the role empathetic healing can play in increasing my acceptance of being ONE.   All that I perceive is a projection of myself.  That includes other people in my life.  They are a projection of me.  This gives me great power.  If someone is suffering and I can relate to that suffering within me, I can heal it in me through acceptance.  Once that suffering is healed within me, I no longer experience that "other person" as suffering.  That is what is happening with empathetic healing. Part of me believes this is too good to be true.  And, it seems to be working.  I am a huge fan of  accepting and engaging with what works, so I'm going to engage in empathetic healing more and more as long as it works for me.
