Dans cet épisode de connective, un petit peu plus dense, j’ai souhaité aborder  le sujet de l’empathie, en mode  pensée en arborescence, càd que cela va nous amener à évoquer derrière cette thématique, d’autres thèmes reliés: la sur adaptation,  l’insécurité émotionnelle qui impacte sur l’hypersensibilité, ses origines potentielles, ainsi que ses possibles manifestations défensives : recherche de reconnaissance, de sécurité , de validation extérieure permanente, d’hyper contrôle voire la dépendance affective.J’ai choisi également de me concentrer sur certaines émanations de l’insécurité émotionnelle: le syndrome du sauveur. Vu la densité de cet épisode, j'ai choisi de le faire en 2 parties, : aujourd’hui la 1ère partie, un éclairage sur ce qu’est réellement l’empathie, les formes d'empathie, l’hypersensibilité et comment cela peut se manifester chez les différents profils HPI, atypiques. La 2ème partie (diffusée semaine suivante), portera sur la différence entre suradaptation et résistance au changement, l'insécurité émotionnelle puis le syndrome du sauveur.Il est d’ailleurs stratégique d’expliquer ces mécanismes car ils se retrouvent dans certaines dynamiques de trajectoire professionnelle, chez les profils à forte exigence adaptative.Hébergé par Ausha.
