Employee-employer perspectives of mental health

Priorities of the job seekers and the employees have seen huge change over the last two years. A mentally healthy workplace and flexible work culture have surfaced as two major criteria that the job seekers have been pressing on. With the market running short of talent, is the organisation well aware of the latest needs of the workers? Are they working on meeting those needs? Rachel Clements, Director of Psychological Services at the Centre for Corporate Health (CFCH) shared her thoughts on scenarios of mental health issues being faced by both the leaders and employees, and also the fate of the same in the long run.
