Employees, back to the office!

During the pandemic many office jobs and schools moved to virtual.  We saw the rise of Zoom meetings, people relocating to other parts of the country, or world, in order to reduce costs and improve quality of life.  It seemed like virtual work was here to stay as corporations shuttered office space around the nation.  Now the trends seem to be shifting.  Employers concerned about worker productivity, workplace culture, and employee retention started to demand returning to the cubicle.  Is this the right thing to do?
