Many people take advantage of the "best game in town" by participating in their employer's 401K, 403B or TSP Plan. These are great while you are working since: 1. contribution come out non-taxed automatically from your paycheck and 2. many companies have mathcing funds or some type.However, after retirement those advantages disappear yet many keep their plan through their employer's company rather than rolling over into a more flexible IRA.Jon explains all this in this week's episode.
