Mindy arrived in Hong Kong in 1997 and she began her working life as a Children’s Television and Radio Journalist. Mindy founded Yoga for Life then went on to  co-founded Wellness for Life  in 2007. Wellness for Life delivers a wide range of programs  for businesses, schools and individuals using a fully integrated approach to Health and Wellness.  Helping people and organisations to reach their potential. A lifelong learner, Mindy  graduated from University in the UK, in Modern Languages.
