[EN and RU] Women in Men's Jobs | The Fuse #83

"Many employers recognize that there are no other options – when men are at war, it's time to set aside stereotypes and train women for professions that have traditionally been considered male-dominated." This is what this week's guest on "The Fuse" ("Drošinātājs") shares in a conversation with a co-host Dīvs Reiznieks. We will discuss a project that trains Ukrainian women to become truck and public transport drivers. Additionally, we will interview one of the women who has completed these courses and is now behind the wheel of a lorry. This is a full interview without translation from the Latvian Radio’s podcast "Drošinātājs" (“the Fuse”), dedicated to the people of Ukraine and their fight against Russian aggression.
