Ending time

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

Being aware that we live in the eternal present and that time is a creation of the mind in the present moment, ends time as we've historically thought of it. I've already accepted and relate to there is no sense of time when I'm in the flow or sometines described as being in the zone.  We don't think of time as existing until we leave the flow and create time to reflect back on that time.  I believe the next step in accepting the truth is to accept the fact that time only exists when it's created in the present moment by the mind.  The more I can accept and relate to that, the more freedom I have to create the world I consciously desire.  I'm already living in the world I have created, AND some of the world I've created I'm not conscious of having done so.   As strange as much of this seems, there is a peace and truth that is a visceral part of accepting this.  Plus, the intellectual description of this fits.  It is consistent with the idea that the present moment is the only moment that could ever exist.  It is consistent with the idea that the mind creates the entire differentiated world. I offer a free introductory coaching session in which you gain a greater understanding of and mastery of your mind and what it creates.  Schedule your time at https://calendrly.com/scottfriedman40/30min My books are avaialble on Amazon.  You can find links to them on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
