We are thrilled to have on our show  John Munro, founder of Long White Cloud Qigong. John is an internationally know Qigong instructor who currently has an online school dedicated to teaching people the theory and principles of Qigong integrating aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  John was introduced to an holistic approach to healing from a young age and has dedicated most of his life to teaching and inspiring others to cultivate a greater awareness of their energy through this ancient practice.  John is our Qigong master.  Jennifer and Rose have completed 400 hours of formal qigong training with John and are very grateful for his continued guidance.In this episode John discusses several benefits of practicing Qigong and how it contributes to aging well and feeling more vibrant.  He discusses the mind, body and breath connection and how this plays an important role to balancing our energies within which will benefit our overall health   John states that 'Qigong helps us to pay attention to our body emotions, posture and how these affect each other and our health.
