Energy Level

We are unlimited energy.  The more conscious we are of our energy level, the more we can consciously direct our energy.  Much of our energy is cancelled out due to interal conflict.  When we're aware of the fact that when we're not experiencing a consciously  high energy level, we're engaged in unresolved conflict.  At that point we can listen to our toughts and uncover that conflict.  The more we accept conflict, the more it is resolved.   For example, I know I am ONE with all that exists and yet I still think of myself as being separate most of the time.  The more I accept this conflict, the more I find myself seeing myself in others, and identifying with being ONE.
