“Energy Sufficient”

Do you have enough energy? Do you protect your energy? Energy sufficient is about having enough given enough and still having some of it for yourself. Energy comes in all shapes and sizes. We must have enough of it for ourselves and for those that we love and care about. As I evolve on my journey, I find that I must protect my energy more and more. I must manage my energy so that I am not overwhelmed by the unforeseen obstacles of a day. Being energy sufficient allows me to look at struggles as opportunities. When we don’t have enough energy, we can, and will impact our ability to think and see clearly living your truth takes a lot of focus and intentional energy to push through the barriers or the fear that may try to hinder us as we journey into reaching our fullest potential.
