Konut ve Kira PiyasasıKonut Fiyat Endeksi (KFE): Temmuz ayında konut fiyatları bir önceki aya göre %1,5, nominal olarak ise yıllık bazda %25,0 oranında yükselmiştir. Ancak enflasyonla düzeltildiğinde fiyatlar reel olarak yıllık %5,1 gerilemiştir. İller bazında nominal yıllık artış İstanbul'da %27,7, Ankara'da %26,6 ve İzmir'de %23,1 olurken, aylık bazda İzmir'de %0,5 azalış kaydedilmiştir.Yeni Kiracı Kira Endeksi (YKKE): Temmuz'da bir önceki aya göre %1,9, yıllık nominal olarak ise %28,4 artış göstermiştir. Reel bazda yıllık gerileme ise %2,6 düzeyindedir. İstanbul %32,4 yıllık nominal artışla en yüksek yükselişin görüldüğü şehir olurken, aylık bazda İzmir %1,8 azalışla ayrışmıştır.Üretici Fiyatları (YD-ÜFE)Yurt Dışı Üretici Fiyat Endeksi: Temmuz ayında aylık %2,51, yıllık bazda ise %29,67 artış kaydetmiştir. Yıllık bazda görülen %29,67'lik oran, 2026 yılının en düşük yıllık artış hızı olarak kaydedilmiştir.Sektörel bazda aylık en yüksek artış %13,22 ile enerji grubunda görülürken; imalat sanayisinde aylık %2,55 artış, madencilik ve taş ocakçılığında ise %0,32 azalış kaydedilmiştir.Güven EndeksleriTüketici Güven Endeksi: Ağustos 2026'da aylık %1,0 artışla 90,8 seviyesine ulaşmıştır. Bu dönemde hanenin mevcut maddi durumu (%1,2 artışla 75,4) ve gelecek 12 aylık genel ekonomik durum beklentisi (%1,2 artışla 89,4) iyileşme göstermiştir.Reel Kesim Güven Endeksi: Ağustos ayında mevsimsel etkilerden arındırılmış olarak 1,2 puan artarak 102,4 seviyesine çıkmıştır. Gelecek üç aydaki ihracat siparişleri ve üretim hacmi beklentileri endeksi yukarı taşırken, genel gidişata yönelik olumsuz değerlendirmeler artışı sınırlamıştır.Kapasite Kullanım Oranı (KKO)İmalat sanayi genelinde mevsimsel etkilerden arındırılmış kapasite kullanım oranı Ağustos 2026'da aylık 0,3 puan gerileyerek %73,5 olmuştur.Aylık bazda dayanıklı tüketim mallarında 1,1 puanlık artış (%68,2) gözlenirken, yatırım mallarında 1,5 puanlık azalış (%69,7) yaşanmıştır. Yıllık bazda ise yedi gösterge içinden yalnızca yatırım malları (%69,7 ile 1,6 puan) artış göstermiştir.
