What prayer is to us as God’s children cannot be overstated in our lives. It is therefore, no surprise that prayer is mentioned many times in the Bible: Prayer comes in various forms including as petition, supplication or other similar words. It is an INDISPENSIBLE weapon in the hands of the Christian and this includes its use in enforcing God’s authority on earth. (Acts 4:31-37) Very importantly. Jesus taught us how to enforce God’s kingdom authority through prayer: “Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
