(English) Episode 113-Unlocking Frozen Shoulder - Dynamic Stretching's Game-Changing Edge Over Stiff Pain

This academic article, published in Healthcare in 2024, presents a research study investigating the effects of dynamic stretching combined with manual therapy on patients suffering from adhesive capsulitis, commonly known as frozen shoulder. The study compared two groups: one receiving dynamic stretching plus manual therapy (DSMT) and another receiving static stretching plus manual therapy (SSMT), over a four-week period. Key measurements included pain levels, range of motion (ROM), shoulder function, and quality of life.
