L'Anoia és un territori esquitxat de vinyes amb varietats pròpies i arrelades que ens regalen vins i caves excepcionals. Un territori que ara, amb una nova aposta enoturística impulsada per la Unió Empresarial de l'Anoia i amb una nova guia, es vol donar a conèixer. Per explicar-nos-ho ens acompanya Carles Carol de la Unió Empresarial de l'Anoia Turisme; Joan Pagès de Cava Pagès Entrena i Lluís Vich del celler Can Vich. I també parlem amb el poeta Santi Borrell, que avui divendres inaugura la instal·lació "Vinyes mortes vora el cel" als afores de Vilafranca del Penedès. Ha volgut representar la mort d'uns ceps que han estat arrencats d'una vinya i que pugen cap al cel en una elevació poètica i d'energia. Vol advertir del perill que corren les vinyes del Penedès, com tota l'agricultura en general, a Catalunya. I a la secció "La caçadora de productes", s'aborda un dels productes que més associem al luxe: el caviar. Ho fem de la mà de Sara Morales de Caviar Calvisius.
