Bruce Lee was - for a brief period -  perhaps the most famous person in the world. He died in 1973 (at the far-too-young age of 32).Dads Mike and Dave were born in 1974, the first generation to live in a post-Bruce Lee world, and the last to have members who experienced Lee's fame and the kung fu mania that followed it firsthand. Someday-Dad Tooky has never seen a Bruce Lee film BUT she has seen a great deal of Bruce Lee-inspired properties (see: our last podcast for THE LAST DRAGON). How will Tooky respond when confronted with the OG, the egg from which not only hatched films like THE LAST DRAGON (good!) and NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER (terrible!), but also virtually every martial arts video game/comic book/sports league (looking at you, MMA!) that we use today to shield our tender souls from the brutality of the real world?
