Enterprise AI Confusion: Client Discussions Explain AI Vendors, Job Redesign, and Transformation

After many weeks of work with corporate HR leaders, technology companies, and implementation teams I’m realizing the word that describes AI is “confusion.” Too much going on, too many unanswered questions, and no clarity about what to do.
