Environmental Health Division Highlights Key Preparedness Measures for the Hurricane Season

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition is encouraging Saint Lucians to be vigilant and proactive this hurricane season, especially since we are expecting the presence of El Nino conditions which will bring warmer temperatures which runs the risk of intense storms and heat stress. Glenda Etienne-Cepal, the Senior Environmental Health Officer spoke on the ways people take the necessary preparedness measures for the hurricane season.
