Zignego dell’Università di Firenze, con il quale sono stati valutati i marcatori di malattia minima residua nei pazienti con HCV, con la presenza di crioglobuline.Gli antivirali ad azione diretta (DAA) di solito portano al miglioramento/remissione della vasculite crioglobulinemica (CV), sebbene i sintomi possano persistere/ricorrersi dopo una risposta virologica sostenuta (SVR). Il gruppo di lavoro ha valutato i marcatori ematologici e genetici in pazienti con vasculite HCV-SVR con e senza sintomi persistenti/ricorrenti per predire precocemente l'esito CV.BibliografiaGragnani L, et al.
