La dott.ssa Patrizia Natali commenta il convegno “Crioglobulinemia: laboratorio e clinica, una collaborazione virtuosa per la corretta gestione di una patologia rara”, svoltosi a Modena il 28/09/2021. Il convegno si componeva di due parti: la prima rivolta a evidenziare le criticità legate alle fasi pre-intra e post-analitica della determinazione della crioglobulina, fornendo elementi per la standardizzazione di una analisi ancora oggi totalmente manuale e quindi soggetta a variabili operatore dipendente. La seconda parte è volta a mettere in luce le ricadute cliniche della diagnosi di crioglobulinemia e le implicazioni multidisciplinari che questo comporta facendo risaltare come il continuo dialogo tra laboratorio e clinica sia cruciale per la corretta gestione del paziente.
