Ep. 026 - No Excuses

from Brazil Mix

Welcome to Attorney Heart, the podcast focused on bringing awareness to and promoting attorney well-being! On Episode 026 I provide a book recommendation: “No Excuses! The Power of Self-Discipline” by Bryan Tracy. One of my favorite quotes from the book is the following: “Bad habits are easy to form, but hard to live with. Good habits are hard to form, but easy to live with.” There is incredible power in taking a hard look at your current habits and doing so can create shifts in your life that will improve it. “No Excuses!” covers some of the main blocks to developing self-discipline, which include 1) choosing the path of least resistance; 2) choosing the quickest way to get what you desire now; and 3) not mastering your beliefs, which in turn affect your desires and behaviors. Great read and I highly recommend it! -- New Attorney Heart interviews will be posted on iMATER NOW’s YouTube channel. Attorney Heart is brought to you by iMATER NOW.
