Old World Wisconsin is an absolute gem within the Wisconsin Historical Society. It sits just outside Eagle, WI on 600 acres of kettle moraine landscape with over 60 restored buildings/landmarks from the 19th and early 20th century. Along with that they have a brand new Brewhouse, and on this episode Rob tells us all about the project he is managing and how they are producing these old-world beers.
