Ep 05 - Ashley: Her journey so far

from Metafit Metamind Podcast · host Karla Rodriguez

Send us Fan MailIn this episode I converse with my friend Ashley, who talks about her journey so far. Her journey with being a mother, being married young, being separated, and now how she chooses to continue forward not only for her kids, but herself as well. Ashley is actually very honest with her story and it gets raw and emotional at a later portion of the episode. This episode not only touches on parenthood, but also makes you reflect on relationships you may be having. Sometimes for relationships to last is to be honest. Some relationships can get worked out and there's others that just are better to be ended for the sake of our mental and emotional health. If these two are affected, then later on our physical can get hit as well. Please listen to Ashley's story at your own discretion and listen to it with as big of a heart and mind you can have. Comparte tu Historia | Share your Journey  IG @karlita_xfit_dancer | @metafitmetamindpodcat FB @ facebook.com/karlitaxfit Correo Electronico | Email @ [email protected] --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/metafitmetamind/supportSupport the showCheck out our YouTube Channel!Metafit Metamind con KarlaGive us 5⭐ & Review!
