We know that in order to stay physically balanced, we need sleep, water, nutrients for our body. It ensures our survival. But what we really don't learn are the fundamental ways we can make our brain thrive every day. 95 percent of the work the brain does is subconscious. Automatic. Efficient. What's happening, though, is that our brain is repeating thoughts and ideas over and over. Sometimes it's helpful … but often it is not.
