from Men Above Reproach - a Christian Growth podcast Hosted by Levi, Ty, and Grant

Men Above Reproach: 2023 Challenge Recap We are Christian men that do various challenges throughout the year that push us physically, mentally, spiritually, and relationally. In this episode, we dive into the challenges we took on in 2023, sharing the good, the bad, and the funny moments as we pursued growth in faith and character. Some of the challenges we took on this year include: Maintaining purity Daily Bible reading 100 daily crunches, 3-minute front planks, and 4-minute side planks Eating fruit daily (apple, orange, or banana) No social media Memorizing 4 new Bible verses Daily prayer for the same person Affirming 5 people throughout the month Daily flossing No alcohol, caffeine, or pop 5 cold showers (5+ minutes each) Sleeping outside once Summiting a 14er (14,000 ft mountain) Having lunch with a stranger Writing a short story (5,000+ words) Jumping rope for 100 total minutes Through this podcast, we hope to inspire other Christian men to seek out their own community that will challenge and grow them to also be Men Above Reproach. We are Christian men who strive to live above reproach (1 Timothy 3:2-3), yet we know that it is only because of Jesus Christ that we can truly be above reproach (Colossians 1:22).
