Ep. 19 - The Power of Journaling
In Episode 19, we recap our March challenge: daily journaling. We talk about what it was like to build the habit, where it was challenging, and how it impacted our discipline, mindset, and walk with God. Journaling sounds simple, but doing it consistently revealed a lot about where we’re at and what we need to work on.We also share how journaling helped us slow down, reflect, and be more intentional in our thoughts and actions.Looking ahead, we introduce our April focus: memorizing and meditating on Scripture.📖 Ephesians 2:8–9“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.”We’re excited to spend the month rooted in this truth and see how it shapes our perspective.📩 Want to connect or share your experience with journaling?
