Ep. 1 My Shine with Frannie Story

So here we are, friends! Episode #1! Launching this show has been a dream for a long-time coming, but...FEAR! While I am pretty confident in who I am because of WHOSE I am, I still struggle with this. There are these voices inside my head—maybe you know the ones—you know—the kind that tell you lies and lead you down a rabbit hole of “What ifs…” and “Who are you to do that!?” You see, for years, I’ve dreamed of having a show, but year after year, I kept making excuse after excuse as to why I couldn’t do it: I don’t have enough money. There’s just not enough time. I have no clue how to use tech. I don’t have a large audience. These are but a few of the excuses that I’ve used for years. But finally in January when I created my 2020 vision board, I added a cutout of a podcast microphone.  And every month since then, I considered starting this show, but I would talk myself out of it. UNTIL NOW! But I finally had a come to Jesus meeting with myself and told those voices, “Get behind me, Satan! You are not the boss of me!” Can I get an “AMEN” from anyone?  In this episode I take you on a 30,000 ft. overview of how I arrived "here" today with a mission to bring you stories worth sharing.
