Ep. 10 - "...I couldn't believe how quickly we could form, challenge, evolve, and put a new belief to work."

It was definitely a Tuesday when I first asked the question, "How quickly could I believe something enough that it influences what I do, what I think, and what I feel?" Turns out, it was hella faster than I would have every predicted. This mini-me-experiment has be really focused on shaping my everyday human-ing experience to grow, evolve, and house a collection of belief that will work (not against me, but) with me.
