Ep. 10: Job Breakup and Transcending Ageism

from Business Pathfinder · host Kristin Morrison

This is a very unusual episode for this podcast. Here's why: my coaching client today, Sasha, is a job seeker rather than a business owner.  But what she grapples with here in this session is something that a lot of people deal with, regardless of if they're in the workplace or they have a business.  Sasha's last job feels like a bad breakup and she wants to find the right fit when she lands her next job.  As you listen to this episode, I invite you to see if you can notice some similarities within yourself as you hear Sasha's challenges. Even if you are not a job seeker, you may be able to relate to some of what Sasha is dealing with here in this session. I want you to put yourself in the shoes of Sasha.  Sasha is opening herself up in a big way by sharing all that she does in this session. She's vulnerable and courageous and these qualities help me help her in this session.  I am grateful to Sasha and all of the podcast coaching clients who come on this podcast to talk about difficult things.
