I live in the UK and run a transformational self-awareness healing journey for men called The Sovereign’s Journey. I grew up in Southern Africa, in Zimbabwe, when it was Rhodesia. I lived with my family deep in the African bush, and at the age of 9, the Rhodesian Civil War engulfed us. I was armed by my father and trained to protect my family from the ages of 9 to 14. Arriving in the UK as a teenager, I hid my past and suppressed the signs of complex PTSD as much as possible. Despite violent nightmares and numerous other symptoms. I started my journey to heal myself 33. I now support men who wish to heal, evolve and live joyful, abundant lives.
