🇫🇷 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, France📍Domaine Michel Gros🍇Chardonnay「這不是一支眾人追捧的名園酒，但每個細節都寫著布根地真正的價值觀。」這支來自Michel Gros的白酒，產自上夜丘產區的獨佔園「Fontaine Saint Martin」。從12世紀修道院種植開始，到19世紀因根瘤蚜病被森林吞沒，再到Michel Gros 父子用40年時間逐步收購與重整，這片園地的重生，本身就是一段布根地的故事。葡萄園位於海拔350–390公尺的東南坡，地質與Corton相近，種出的Chardonnay 帶有漂亮的礦石感與清爽酸度。2022年份氣候理想、果實成熟，整體風格香氣集中，表現出檸檬、奶油與柑橘、梨子等明亮果香。酒體飽滿但結構清晰，尾韻悠長，是Hautes-Côtes de Nuits少數展現出高階白酒潛力的代表之一。本集節目部份參考來源為iCheers、天地人、Domaine Michel Gros官網未滿十八歲🔞禁止飲酒·禁止酒駕
