What an incredible topic to continue our Ask the Pastor Series. We are talking about Christians and Politics today. It's a hot button, it's a can of worms, it's polarizing...and it's important! Our listener asks "How do you see the roll of Christians in politics today?" This could have gone sideways in a million directions, but Joshua is so steady, and he speaks wisdom and truth in an easy to understand discussion on how we are citizens of two kingdoms, and where our primary allegiance is, and where our secondary allegiance is; but secondary allegiance IS allegiance, and we are to submit to our God-ordained governing authorities as long as they don't ask us to compromise our ultimate allegiance. We also discuss the upcoming election and how we don't have the best candidates...so what are we to do? And finally, as Christians, should we run for office?
