We had to remove the obvious expletive from the title here but there is not a better descriptor of a common theme throughout Rowena Wilding's episode. Rowena's background has given her wealth of experiences, both personal and professional that has shaped the way she works in marketing. Coming into a new business, Rowena went on a mission to shift company tone of voices and how individuals communicated. Weekly workshops, a few carrots, a couple of sticks and a lot of championing success made it work. If there's ever a demonstration of taking a bull by the horns, Rowena's approach is it.
