Dr. Russell, currently the Executive Vice Chair, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief of Orthopaedic Trauma at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and a trailblazing leader in orthopaedic care, shares his journey and philosophy on leadership.
