Rachel is the Vice President of Aspen Capital - with over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, financing, and asset management across multifamily, mixed-use, and net lease asset classes.    She is skilled in deal execution, underwriting, due diligence, and financial modeling, and successfully launched a CRE equity REIT and individually sourced over $500 million in transactions.
