She has been teaching Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga for 12 years, runs a yoga studio in Madrid and has led yoga teacher training since 2019. Six years ago she completed an Ayurvedic Health Counselor training which led her to teach classes that are in tune with the seasons and cycles of life. She’s currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. Before she moved to Madrid 10 years ago, she was working as a journalist and part time yoga teacher in the Netherlands.
