🇺🇸 Napa Valley, California📍Beringer Vineyards🍇100% Chardonnay創立於 1876 年的柏靈格，是 Napa Valley 最古老仍在營運的酒莊之一，而 Private Reserve 系列則是他們產品線的旗艦代表—只選用最佳年份、頂級葡萄園與果實釀製。2016 年這一款選用 Napa 北端的 Gamble Ranch 老藤葡萄為主，搭配部分來自 Oak Knoll 的 Big Ranch Vineyard。兩地的風土特色互補，讓這支酒在豐富酒體與清新酸度之間取得絕佳平衡。100% 法國橡木桶發酵（半數為新桶），桶陳 8 個月，並定期攪桶，造就出這支酒極具層次的口感表現。香氣有檸檬皮、白花、鳳梨與蜂蠟，入口飽滿滑順，尾韻帶有榛果與香草的細緻風味。本集節目部份參考來源為Beringer官網未滿十八歲🔞禁止飲酒·禁止酒駕
