He has a wide-ranging academic background, having earned a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, a master's degree in Exercise Physiology, and a Ph.D. in Biomechanics and Motor Control. Dr. Filipas' passion for endurance sports began with running, and he has since worked with athletes in a variety of disciplines, including triathlon, cycling, and skiing.Dr. Filipas is known for his unique coaching approach, which blends the art and science of training to help his athletes achieve their goals.
