Ep. 12 Distance Reiki session
from Ember ’n Echo Hosted by Ember 'n Echo | Hayley Kearney
Episode 12! In this episode, you're invited to sit in on a distance Reiki session, recorded as it happened. No staging, no polish, just the real thing, so you can hear what energy work actually looks and feels like when we work together across the miles, whether you're in Calgary or on the other side of the world. You'll hear how a Reiki session opens: the check-in, the intention-setting, and how we settle into the energy before anything begins. You'll rejoin us as the Reiki component wraps up and we move into the discussion. This is what I noticed as a Calgary Reiki practitioner, what they noticed and experienced, and how it relates to what is happening for them in their real life. This is Science. Holding. Flow. in practice. You don't need to believe anything, and you don't need to do anything. You just need to show up, get comfortable, and let yourself be held. Whether you're Reiki-curious, a long-time skeptic, or already booked in and wondering what you've signed up for, press play, get cosy, and let this be your walk-through to energy work in Calgary and beyond. A note on safe integration: this session is here to be listened to, not performed. If anything stirs, go gently. Pause, breathe, drink some water, and come back when you're ready. Tending the ember, honouring the echo. Book a distance Reiki session at Ember 'n Echo, your Calgary home for energy work, and start learning the language your body's already speaking.
