EP 12 | Hustle Culture to Soft Girl Era

Like I say in the beginning, this is a shoot the shit type of episode BUT we do talk about oldest daughter syndrome and how it quickly sets you up to fall into 'hustle culture' and the toll that can take long term (trust me)! I give you all some of my favorite ways to slow down and self-care - no matter how many times I have to remind myself it's okay to not be going 100 mph like I used to, I'm ready for my soft gworl era. Pop culture hot take? Barbie was a 6/10 but absolutely beautiful cinematically and Drake was a super fun show with a slight hiccup (my moon was in rising or whatever). ENJOY!
