Stress. It's a term that gets thrown around so much that it's stopped being meaningful anymore.

But do we even really appreciate what it really means if we took a more nuanced look?

I think of stress as being primarily neutral. There are useful stresses, which make us stronger, and useless stresses — that just put us on the highway to burnout!

And here's something even more counter-intuitive: in some ways we're also not stressed ENOUGH today.

Think about it: in our modern civilization we live such cushy, physically comfortable lives, largely spent indoors with temperature control and lots of sedentary time.

So on the one hand we have too much of the bad kind of stress and not enough of the good kind.

We have a stress imbalance if you will.

In this episode I teach you how to start reversing that imbalance and taking charge of your well-being pronto!

The only thing keeping you from going toward what your heart's truly yearning for is your THOUGHTS… and those, we can totally work on!
