Ep 120: You Are Not to Save Anyone. Respect and Honor Yourself by Listening to Your Intuition.

from Beyond the Silver Lining Podcast · host Wendy Rosenthal

Ok, as often, this had to be shared bc I have been hearing this question about "Am I giving too much of myself?" Or "I feel I have helped enough but can't say no". This has been the conversations I have been having and I can totally relate.  We do have good intentions for people, want to be there for them, help them out, even make things easier for them, but it gets to a point that we feel enough is enough.  But what happens?  We feel bad for saying NO. You relate?   If it feels tough to set up boundaries and honor your intuition and care for yourself first, listen to today's episode. Let me know how this hits home for you.  Either way, I'd like to know.  Hit me up at @Wendy4Wellness on Instagram.   As always, love, health and abundance for you.
