Ep. 122: Finding Small Moments of Joy in Dark Times

I have been struggling a lot lately, success comes with very big responsibilites and disappointments. My standards in everything are getting higher and higher which I am losing of people on this journey, this is how it has been for me, the more I choose growth and myself, the more alone I feel. Down moments have always shown the best things for me, I feel like I have to go thorugh all these moments to be where I want to be.
