He has worked with hundreds of leaders globally in CBs such as Abbvie, Scholastic, Nike, Deloitte, John Deere, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and State Farm. His experience living and working in China, the UK and Mexico has given him a nuanced perspective on how to lead effectively across different countries, regions and cultures. He has also led executive career development for top talent at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’ Executive MBA Programs in North America and Europe.He started his career in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, large-scale ERP implementation and other HR functions.Education and CredentialsWayland earned his MBA from Baruch College and his Masters of Science in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
