EP 122 The Energy of Flags

I have decided to dedicate the whole month of January to energy, mostly because, self-centeredly, the Norther Hemisphere is in a season where we all feel our energies at low levels but also due to running my brand new free five-day challenge on the 26th of January. For those of you who don't live in the UK, and specifically in England, a movement called Operation Raise the Colours was created in August 2025 that encouraged its members to attach the England flag to poles across neighbourhoods but also paint red crosses across roundabouts and zebra crossings. This naturally led to anti-immigration protests in particular in front of refugee hotels as well as harassment of communities, businesses and minorities. Sadly, the main political parties of the UK are supporting this movement, including our Labour Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The reason I am talking about this on the podcast, other than to highlight the issues around this movement, is that these flags are actually energy vortices purposefully meant to hit people from minority backgrounds or people of colours in the solar plexus and create fear. It's basically like an injection of fear and hatred energy. I explain how this is possible but also the three steps I have taken to reclaim my power around it in the hope that it can help you reclaim your own power from the flags, if this has affected you, but also to help people reclaim their power from similar situations. I think in this episode I go more in depth on these are created through our own thoughts (or as it stands the hateful thoughts of the people who use the flags for project their hatred).
